Why did we rate this "Confirmed"? Because multiple sources off the internet sites have experienced paranormal activity at this location & therefore warrants a rating of "Confirmed".

What's the tale? Oliver House Bed and Breakfast is home to at least five different spirits. The most well-known being that of Nat Anderson who was shot and killed in the hallway of the home. The home was built in 1909 by Edith Ann Oliver, the wife of the owner of a local mining company. It was a home, then mining offices and now the Oliver House Bed and Breakfast where a side of paranormal comes with your stay.

What do we know as fact? The Oliver House Bed and Breakfast is an operating place to stay for travelers. It was originally built by Edith Ann Oliver as a central location for executives of mining companies to converge, was eventually converted into lodging for miners of local mines and is now a bed & breakfast. There have been numerous deaths in the house, the count over 20 but ultimate number varies depending on sources. There was a murder in the home that remains unsolved of Nathan Anderson who was shot in the home at the top of the house's staircase.

Thoughts: There's no doubt there is paranormal activity in the home. Numerous travelers and occupants of the Oliver House have reported paranormal activity on multiple occasions.
