Why did we rate this "Confirmed"? Because multiple sources off the internet sites have experienced paranormal activity at this location & therefore warrants a rating of "Confirmed".

What's the tale? The Crescent Hotel is the site of many ghosts. Construction began in 1886 and the hotel has had its share of issues. It has been a hotel, a college, a hospital and then a hotel again! During its stint as a hospital under the ownership of inventor and self-proclaimed doctor, Norman Baker, cancer patients who had been transported their for Baker's miracle cure died. They haven't left the hotel and continue to haunts its rooms and hallways. And the ghost of a construction worker who fell during construction into Room 218 has not left the room and people clamor to reserve the ghostly bedroom.

What do we know as fact? Thanks to the very words of the owner on the Crescent Hotel website found here we know the ghosts related to the Crescent Hotel have a permanent reservation, the owner reviews 4 ghosts. The first ghost being Michael who died during the construction of the hotel in 1886 and fell to his death, it is unknown why room 218 is associated with this ghost. The second being a nurse who is pushing a gurney from when the hotel was a hospital in the 1940s. A young woman who jumped to her death from the hotel rooftop while the hotel acted as a school for girls from 1910-1930 and a young, dapper man in tophat & tails.

Thoughts: There's no doubt there is paranormal activity in the hotel. Numerous travelers and occupants of the Crescent Hotel have reported paranormal activity on multiple occasions. That being said there are a lot of stories on the internet haunted sites that are completely false and someone's imagination.
