Visiting Coney Island, Henry falls into the water and gets his wish and turns into a fish. Henry begans making friends, Ladyfish and Crabby the hermit. Also using his abilities to help the US Navy locate and sink Nazi U-Boats, Limpet finds happiness and his surroundings.
