Saphy

Saphy

They are amulets created to protect against disaster, disease, strikes of lightning, and to attract a spouse.  They are typically worn in smaller, silver, scroll holders or in small, silk bags.  Strips of paper are taken and written upon with verses for the Koran and/or Kabal symbols.  They can be worn in plain sight or hidden in the clothing.  Some believe the magick is not most potent unless worn against the skin.
