Well I have been using these a few days and I definitely find them relaxing. However, I have been fighting a cold off and every time I listen to them they put me to sleep. (Maybe a little too relaxing in my current state) But I have no doubt that they will be wonderful for the purpose of meditation once I am able to stay awake again. In fact, they inspired me to go looking for a few more similar recordings because I have been able to use these to start building my astral temple until I zonk out lol. With four kids I have found that something to drown out the activity around here is almost a necessity.
