I'm no expert but healers remove negativity from your body and unless it was something negative, I think that it would stay in place, much as a guardian or guide. Unless of course you want it removed.
Just MY thoughts on this anyway.

hi Angel,-i do reiki and seichem healing and have no idea how to detach an entity/creature from someone. That is a highly specialised art, so i wouldnt worry about consulting a healer. Good luck

If you are going to go to a healer or have any energy work done on you, I wouldn't wear any spirited items when you go. And also talk to your spirits and tell them to stay home. Leave them in their charging boxes, and tell them to take a rest and relax. Another reason not to take any items with you is the fact that healers work with energy which can interfere with your bond to your spirit, entity or creature.
Now on the question if a healer can remove a entity, spirit or creature from you. Years ago I had a black Dragon attached to me, which was something I didn't buy or even ask for. This Dragon was very powerful and came on his own free will and he spewed negativity, so much so I was in ill health at the time. The clairvoyant I went to removed him from me so yes some healers are able remove creatures, spirits or entities from you. Bare in mind this thing was harming me not helping me.
