I am going to say, that sleeping pills do affect feeling your spirits..I usually suffer from insomnia and allergies and have taken OTC Benadryl for years..I was wondering, why I didn't feel any of my spirits. I couldn't recall any dreams or interactions..The few times I had any interactions, were when I was off the Benadryl. My spirits confirmed they have tried but the Benadryl or occasional pain killers seem to definetely be a hindrance. 2cents

I feel that anything to have effects on your nerve affects the connection between you and your spirits.
The strength of medication doesn't really affect it, it totally depends upon each medication and person.
Just what I felt

Can I also say that opiate painkillers caused me to have major visual hallucinations. I took the normal dose & would notice
things out of the corner of my eye, I even saw my cat run THROUGH a wall clear as day! :ohcrap:
Do you guys think nicotine effects communication? I know I know there are a million other reasons to quit smoking (I've tried!!),
but just wondering if we can add "hinders energy sensing" to the list. I read that native americans use tobacco to "close"
the energy vacuum that white sage creates when smudging. Is this correct?
