I am a newbie for meditation. So I looked up on Youtube to see how is being done. There is a website that has the video for meditation and Yoga as well. I am a type of person hates reading instruction. I found video is much helpful and easy for beginners.

thank you for sharing. As a beginner, watching how its done is easier to understand than reading. Great website. Definitely helpful to me too.
