OK, back on my PC. What I do is multi-layer my voice and layer it so it echoes off into oblivion.

Spend some time thinking about what you want your subconcious to be thinking about. Then record it. Slowly and relaxed. Do it when you are in perfect harmony with yourself.
Copy the track and create a new track, about five or six times.
Slightly move each track forward in time, then lower each track in the mix, little by little.
Then I pan each track from left to right. One track right, the next track left.
Then I multi-layer different words and phrases to emphisize my main mantra. It can get quite complex, but its a ton of fun to do.
When you’re happy with what you have, save it as an mp3 at the highest possible Hz rate.
Open your target song in audacity and add a blank stereo track and copy/paste in your voice audio track on that blank track.
Then it’s just a matter of listening (in headphones) very closely and tweaking your voice track by selecting the section of track and go to effect/amplify to lower a particular segment that may have come through too loud.

I just tweak until I can't hear the V/O any more and wah lah! Personalized subliminals!!!

This was the nutshell version, and there are many steps, but that's the 'jist' of it. LOL.
