I was actually quite serious when Read the topic but just saw the image and realized.

Ive been working on that same thing, it works great with amethyist crystal on the center brow, but i can't get rid of the weird headache in the front of my head, i tried the "hssing" snake sound they suggested to let out they energy in the crown chakra but the pressure headache returns, does anyone know how to get rid of it, so i can continue working on keeping the 3rd eye open, so far ive seen purple swirl of colors but thats it.
