THE SKULLDUGGERY OF eBAY'S STAR RATINGS IN FEEDBACK

Postby Caiyros Damia Imran » Fri Jan 09, 2009 5:42 am

HERE IS THE NASTY TRUTH SENT TO ME TODAY.......Caiyros

Ebay basis my fees on this rating,

"When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4
in description means "Accurate;" eBay, however, considers this a sub-par
mark and penalizes sellers. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8
& above or be penalized with higher selling fees and less exposer of the
items the sell. In fact sellers who do not have a 4.3 or above will no longer
be able to sell, so while 4 seems high it is in truth a failing mark. This
is also true of communication, shipping time and shipping cost as well.

That is sneaky. If they are going to penalise anything less than a 5 star rating, why bother with a 5 grade rating system at all? Might just as well have a good/not good rating system & leave it at that.

Everything is based on the star ratings. The money paid in fees, PowerSeller status, where seller's listings appear in search return (higher the stars higher the ranking on the page!), your reviews done by eBay to determine any perks you're eligible for... everything is driven by the DSRs. It's sick.

And now NutMeg is going to try to knock the Terminator out of California gov's office...at least Arnold is moderate and tries......and why does she want th California governorship.....Wal pardner, here is the projected strategy based upon profiling her:

Use Sarah Pallin to stir up the conservatives, ne-cons, and born-agains.

Let Sarah take the heat for being a magazine glossy idiot.

Let Sarah Palin be attacked by whomever/whatever.

Make a disguised grand entrance...A made for tv event where she calmly and icely "talks sense" to the crowd.

Crowds are fickle...if not there wouldn 't be a "Hit Parade" or "Best Sellers" always changing (note: that Plato's Republic has continually sold very well since it was first printed in the 1500s, but it is not a "Best Seller")

Asks for a public debate with Sarah Palin. If Sarah refuses, Sarah loses. If Sarah says yes, NutMeg destroys her with intense, sound bite wordings.

Nutmeg immediately selects Newt Gingrich for VP running mate. They then start running a presidential campaign, ignoring the other primary candidates....They win the primary...

Tough election....

Get sick, get well
Hang around a ink well
Ring bell, hard to tell
If anything is goin' to sell
Try hard, get barred
Get back, write braille
Get jailed, jump bail
Join the army, if you fail
Look out kid
You're gonna get hit
But users, cheaters
Six-time losers
Hang around the theaters
Girl by the whirlpool
Lookin' for a new fool
Don't follow leaders
Watch the parkin' meters

Ah get born, keep warm
Short pants, romance, learn to dance
Get dressed, get blessed
Try to be a success
Please her, please him, buy gifts
Don't steal, don't lift
Twenty years of schoolin'
And they put you on the day shift
Look out kid
They keep it all hid
Better jump down a manhole
Light yourself a candle
Don't wear sandals
Try to avoid the scandals
Don't wanna be a bum
You better chew gum
The pump don't work
'Cause the vandals took the handles

Dylan of course said it years ago........

There's a term "star-banged" for giving someone all 1s.

If someone leaves you a negative or neutal, it's a guarantee that they are giving you all 1s.
