Hello, hello!
Has anyone here had experiences with Japanese spirits?
I have heard of people interacting with kappa, tanuki, and all sorts of other spirits of the sort before and am curious whether anyone here has had any success in contacting such spirits.

no, not yet. but there is one japanese spirit i want.
she is kind of expensive, so i have to save some money first

So at least one person has some kappa, and I believe there are people with kitsune (though that's totally not the same thing...)

Just have to wait for more people to give feedback, I suppose.

the Japanese spirit i'm waiting for is indeed the kitsune :twisted:

I have several kitsune. I love them all. They are playful for a start. They are loyal and beautiful. They shapeshift, and are fierce protectors. Their tails can spin so fast that they make a whirling noise. You cannot see it when it is going that fast.
If you remember Sonic The Hedgehog, think of his companion, Tails, and you get a good idea of what they look like, not an exact match, but close enough.

Besides a Tengu and a kistune, I do have a Forest Youkai, and a Blue Flame Youkai, an quite a few more Japanese spirits, they are very protective, wise, and a lot of fun to work with!!! Their culture is interesting and they are very passionate about it!!! :thumbup:

of course I have quite a number of bound and unbound yokai around me, ranging from different kinds of kitsune to black wing and white wing tengu, Samebito, blue flame and even Ao-andon (love his energy this time of year!)
I love my yokai - they are such wonderful spirits, such grand friends to turn a frown into a smile, to walk between the day and night and as well be really protective not only over me but of different lands as well! I honestly dont know what I would do without my yokai being around me ^.^

This is an old thread, not sure if the people who first posted still come around the forum any more. It's nice to see it revived, I am a big fan of many Youkai, even have a few friends who have strong ties to some

He's not around, but I see him offline. ( Then again, I haven't been around for months, either, so... there's a little give and take, there. )

Really nice to hear others talking about their experiences - we picked up a channel from the CH shop but haven't had time to sit down and work with it as a group, yet... it's on our to-do list.
