So I'm fairly new to meditating, and have book marked all sorts of different types on youtube etc - I have ones for chakra tune ups, alignments, cleansing, opening, 3rd eye activation/pineal gland, binaural beats, healing...

I'm kind of overwhelmed by this - and I'm not sure which one's i should be focusing on, or if I should do a different type everyday.

I find they are all doing the same thing at this point from what I can tell: Very relaxing, and sends me into the sleep trance state with very few visions...and then I pass out lol

Any suggestions?

There's a book I could recommend to you, it's called Simple Meditation by Anna Voigt, and it's geared towards those who are new to meditation.
