DO NOT EVER TRICK YOURSELF INTO THINKING YOU'LL JUST FIGURE IT OUT LATER.

FAILURE IS SOMETHING THAT COMES TO EVERYONE, BUT YOU CAN CURB THE NUMBER OF TIMES ITS SHADOW IS CAST ACROSS YOUR THRESHOLD IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO RESEARCH WHAT IT IS YOU'RE GETTING INTO.

I agree. You have to study and study hard to get results. Practice and patience comes with studying and schooling. Rome was not built in a day, and neither is a good practitioner.

Amen. Plus, not only was Rome not built in a day, it was not thrown together in a slapdash fashion. If either the Rome, the city OR Rome, the empire had been flung together without a second thought, neither would have lasted for any length of time. Everything would have come cascading down to the ground in no time flat.

So if we don't want the OTHER things that matter to collapse in a heap on the ground, we need to put some thought and effort into them while we're building them. That's the case for both paranormal and non-paranormal things.

Totally agree with Ash!!!!! If anything I tend to over research and mull over things rather than the other way around. My idea is better to be safe than sorry. I sometimes wonder if some of the messes that occur here on the forum could be circumvented by people just stopping and thinking first before they leap into something that they think they want but don't really know much about let alone know how to control............
