I actually think that the angel Litor is the best for love and relationships and rivals even Aphrodite. She will only help with matters of true love though and will not play devil's advocate. If it is real love however, she will rearrange the stars to make it come to fruition or to make it lasting. She isn't in the CH store as a binding so you might have to get a custom conjuration.

Archangel Raphael is also good at healing relationships or finding new ones if they cant be saved. its really up to you which one you choose as everyone is different and will connect with different angels. its like working with people some people you work with better then others.
