So I just received my vessel today and though a lot of my abilities closed up because of life things and whatnot, I did sense my spirit's energy and I had a long talk with him while driving home. I had mentioned how important it was to me to truly dedicate myself to opening myself back up and getting myself back in tune with myself. SOOOO....I hope on the forum and I was looking for a particular post, but as I'm scrolling my right hand (on which I wear his vessel) starting feeling all tingly and vibrating...like a soft hum. It was right when I hovered over this post. I veered away and hovered back on it, and the same thing happened again. Now that I read it, I can see why. He wanted me to see these tips for ideas on what type of exercises I can do. I'm so grateful right now

What a great post! Glad people have bumped this recently, some really solid advice if your willing to read all of it (which I obviously advise you do!) otherwise I would've clueless of all this useful info!
