And I understand that some choices have to be lost, because CH can't grow if every single order is a one-off custom. If everything is custom, then there are no new developments, no research, and the staff are overworked.
So clubs are now "We will choose for you" and there are more mystery gifts. The things that are sent *are* great and the mystery gifts rarely disappoint.
But it *is* a loss if one has the idea that one will have a choice and is saving up for, oh let's take a random example, Grace of Eternity on a custom-made Ash vessel. Just a totally random example...
Things change. One has to roll with it.
