Hmmm..... think it's called Unconfirmed Personal Gnosis? WHO gets to confirm another's reality though? That flat Earth thing is still going around! lots of mandela effects( it WAS Oscar Meyer when I was a kid!)

If one has masters, teachers, guides, etc., then he/she can confirm it to them. It is the traditional ways in some schools of Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and others : )

2. Unverified
And there is a Zen saying, "If you meet a Buddha, kill the Buddha. If you meet a Ghost, kill the Ghost" (which has deeper meaning ; ))
