Living both yes, spirits no on the second. Although there might be some that have learned to live off other energies but I doubt there are many.

But yes, it's possible for them to help the keeper go into trance.
Although, it is also possible that it is the symptom of adjusting and adapting to the bindings and the spirits:)

Yes I have had strange headakes with my first spirits it not hurt though just spaced out feels quite nice lol

ho my god the interactions going on this morning is unbelievable it just wont stop ime begging to think ime gonna crack up. problem is i don't know which spirit is doing this i wanna thank them is there any readings you can get to tell you what spirits u have hanging around you bound and unbound

things been chaotic last few days with all the side effects alot of them good lol things calming down now i even got my first night terror experience other morning a very spiritual event loved it. lol hope i get more like that

one i has was super real the classic succubus attack on your chest chest and stomach being squeezed super tight could hardly breath. then somehow it reached inside my chest and dragged me to the top of my bed my head hit the head board real hard but was not scared coss i knew what was happening and i was just gonna enjoy every minute of it then it suddenly stopped and i woke to find myself back in bed as normal. there was no sex involved lol pity really
