Hi everybody

I'll firsty start off with my poltergeist question . Where do/can you get them conjured and bound?.. What are their purpose for being kept in a spirit keepers home? And, what experiences have people had with them?.. Is the purpose of people wanting to keep them purely for the activity or is there another purpose?.. I love any spirit/entity that is high energy and willing to make him/her self known .

My Banshee question.. I read up on their description and I think I'm in love lol. Clearer spirit communication would be fantastic, and according to the Banshee's description that exactly what they do. What are people's experiences with them? And what exactly is "the secret" for the keeper in keeping one?

For poltergeist, there is this: "They are very territorial & loyal and will stick with you wherever you move. They can warn of unbound intruders but they may not always do so."

For the banshee, I think "the secret" means the subduing method : )

Mm if "the secret" is about the subduing method, you can find it in the encyclopedia, at the end of the articles titled "Secret to Keeping" : )
