In my case, it took maybe a year of bonding with them for full sexual intercourse to happen with my ubis. Their manifestations took that long to get strong enough for that. But, yes it does happen and it really is amazing, not just the physical sex, but the connection with them as well. Mine only visit me while I am awake though, others have had sex with them in their dreams.
