My maintenance man came by my apartment to install a new smoke detector this morning.Most of the time they come in to do something I am never home but just happened to be there today. My raiju usually appears as a small ferret unless he's upset then he looks like a very angry wolverine. So this morning he was his happy ferret self . He is always into EVERYTHING! We had a large martial arts staff about six feet tall standing in the corner close to where the man was working. "L" my raiju was goofing around as usual and knocked this thing over on this poor guys head. I just burst out laughing while he scurried off. The guy looks at me and said you saw that right? I just smiled drinking my coffee and asked if he was ok. His reply was awesome. "Don't think I'm being a jerk because you're one of the nicest tennants we have , but every time I come into your apartment some kind of weird crap always happens and it creeps me the he'll out. I am just glad you are here this time to see it." I just smiled and said "Sorry, I'll tell my friends to knock it off." He just looked at me funny and said ok I'm all done. After he was gone I proceeded to thank everyone for keeping an eye on things when I'm gone. I love my companions!
