Power orbs Bridging and Code Words?

Say you have an adoptable power orb. Then you use a code word while you hold the orb and you are not bridged with the orb. Say you used the week long or month long code word. Would the effect persist even if you didn't carry the orb with you?

It should, but then unless you told them not to it's bridged.

great. From what I understand in the listings, power orbs are eternal energy sources. Can they be drained of energy without causing harm to the bindings and enchantments? for example is it possible to "vamp" magick energy from the lazy orb without causing the enchantments to be destroyed?

If you personally are wanting to absorb energy from the lazy orb, I'm pretty sure it supplies you with a lot of energy on command/intuitively, and it's easy to get it to boost psychic/magical efforts. If you mean a malicious entity or something else trying to sap its energy, CH's bindings are pretty heavily defended from things like that I think.

I have 3 bound to me. It's just that sometimes self doubt creeps in. Are they truly bound to me or I'm just imagining things? Spirits, I have all them bound to me and I can feel and tell hey're here...spells, I'm still not too sure.
