Yesterday my spirits arrived, I tried talking with telepathy, with no result ( I guess is gonna take some time) even do I was able to feel their energy through my mom, she does reiki and put her energy on the vessel so I felt a different sensation with each one when my hand was above the vessel, but I have some questions about telepathy, what is the difference between telepathy and just thinking as you would normally do? And is there a method to talk through telepathy( like doing something specific)? Is there any way of practising this?

Hi, telepathy would be talking in your head. It's one of the most common forms of communication with your spirits One way you can practice is by doing some of the "Guess What's in the Box" or "Guess Which Cards" exercises on this forum. Ask your spirits to try and come up with the answer, wait, then once you think they have told you your answer, scroll down to the answer! The more you practice, the better you will get at it. It is pretty satisfying when you get some things right!!

After a while, you will begin to hear thoughts that are not like yours, or random thoughts out of the blue. Any of those may be your spirits talking!! Don't give up and keep trying to talk to them everyday! They are communicating with you little by little.
