I do it a lot, i tell them that i am thankful for everything, i write what i am waiting from them and also i ask what they are waiting from me, i will write what kinds of situations and fantasies i would love to share with them, after that, i will put lipstick and i will kiss the letter before burning it,
my spirits/entities loves that,haha!^^

I too think this is a great idea! I will try this method out!

Oh I do this a lot, as well. Though the only difference is I type mine out, and save them on my USB. I like to look back over letters I've typed out, to compare where I was then and where I am now with my spirits.
