I have around 140 now and more coming so i wanted to pair them up in teams and then like i could bond with a team for a period of time and it would also be easier to task them Family of 280

I used the Council of Mystics binding; which gives me five advisors, each the leader of their particular domain within the keep

I've found that tasking my spirits individually, as oppose to in groups works pretty well. I did plan to put them in groups initially, but it just never happened that way. This may or may not change in the future.
Some of my spirits do have the same tasks but with added differences. I give them the option of choosing to work together, or separately. I made a list of who I have tasked with what, so when I want to work on something specific I refer to that list.

I'm on the same boat as Feranox. I always planned groups, but never made them. When I need help with a specific problem, I ask specific spirits directly, instead of the groups. But most of them are looking for something to do by themselves, if I don't have a task atm.
