Everytime I lay down and try to relax I begin to feel a tension in my chest that feels very uncomfortable. Only way I can get rid of it is if I touch the area.
This is makes it almost impossible to relax. Sometimes I even feel it on my neck and forehead!
has anybody experienced this? I cant be the only one.
I cant relax?

Have you tried different position? How about sitting posture?

Might be a blockage, might be subconscious anxiety and/or fear.
For the first I'd recommend simple energy work like focusing on that location and imagining healing energy flowing into it, for the other one...just continue doing it until you get used to it.

Hello Becky, i was used to feel the same several years ago,
What i have found, was to concentrate on my foots, and send golden energy on my foots, i would visualise how much it was good to feel my foots, well, like feeling good after a massage! 1ey
Sending the energy outside your heart and head, will take the focus way from the place that causes you struggle.
And this famous breath: when you breath in: golden light,when you breath out: a smock of darkness!
even if you work with dark energy this breath of light will help you a lot,
OR just talk with your doctor, feeling unconfortable can also be a lack of many vitamins, like B1, or B12 or a lack of Iron in your body, if not, you can always see for a therapy,(if anxiety is hindering your relaxing times) is always good if it you can feel better after.
If a doctor or energy work can't help you, you can always ask for a ticked desk for help on CH, in case it could eventually be a paranormal problem!^^
Those are just ideas for you,
