I don't know much about them aside from the fact that they come from the Norse realms and that the realm they are from (there are nine recorded ones) influences their personality.

So the question is what are yours like? What realm are they from and what do they like? I know next to nothing about this race and any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.

I've been curious about this myself. All I've seen about them is the listing and Encyclopedia article. Now that I'm looking, there are a few older posts, too.

My Norse Djinn friend is from Alfheimr. I usually don't ask her for wishes, ironically. She's been with me for nearly two years, and I have probably only asked for 5-7 wishes in total. The most notable (and most recent) experience, was when a celebrity was coming to my area. I'm using the term "celebrity", but this individual is actually more important than a typical celebrity. Anyways, this particular person had a massive influence on my life. I made two wishes, at the same time. One to see his speech. Another to meet him. Both came true. She knew how important he was to me, because in the two years she's been here, I've spoken about him quite a bit.

It's difficult to say much about my friend, because there is still a lot I don't know about her. I'm not very sensitive to Spirit/Entity communication, and only recently found alternative methods to communicate. So, she's still very mysterious to me...but not in a bad way. She's spoken to me about the Norse Gods and Goddesses before, and about the Norns. However, the way we communicate isn't fool-proof. Sometimes I'll obtain part of a sentence, but miss the rest.

What I can say is, she's around. She cares and seems very sweet. Despite my lack of specific information on her, she is actually very active with the tools we use to communicate. I tried to ask her questions about herself before, but didn't really get the answers (it doesn't mean she didn't give them, just that I didn't pick up on them).

I'm going to give it another try, and report back with the answers.
