today I had Sleep Paralysis and well I tried the ladder method and within a few seconds I heard a sound. specially from my right ear. tomorrow using adivice I will try not to freak out and well see what happens

me and my girls too hope soon. but it all depends on how soon I have more SP episodes cause those seem to be required for me to even have a chance of success. at least until I have APed some

turns out I NEED to be in SP to be able to have a chance to AP. tried today without SP no dice sadly.

this time around I had some black mass hallucinations during my SP. but knew they were from my brain since they appeared in my eye. but for some reason this time while trying to AP. I had intense fear. u think bad beings around and my girls were making me fearful so I would not AP?

You could try doing a clearing before going to bed 
But fear in LD/AP does not necessarily have to do with -ve beings. But anyway you say you're protected, so good luck.
