Could anyone give me tips/advice on how to make and send energy or chi balls?
I wasn’t able to find anything about them on the Forum, but I may have missed it.

Since this is a spirit keeping forum, there are not exactly a lot of resources on that. There are some posts if you search for psi ball, energy ball, etc.

If you google for that, you'll find hundreds of resources on it though, so that would be your best bet.
Basically it's imagine a ball between your hands, fill it with energy until it can't take any more energy. There you have a psi/chi ball. And then you push it away while imagining it to moving to where you want it to move.

For those unfamiliar with energy work, a good way to get one started is to rub your hands briskly together for a few seconds and then slowly pull them apart. They should tingle slightly, or feel like there are small "threads" connecting them. This is energy, which you can then manipulate into your desired shape through intent and/or visualization.

Exactly how to do this is somewhat subjective, and something that's hard to teach as it's more of a "feeling" than something that's easy to put into words. You can manipulate the energy into whatever shape, energy type, color, etc. that you want, as well as move and program it.

With some practice, it can even be given form and purpose and made into a basic servitor!
