I've been feeling quite depressed and not having enough energy or motivation to connect with my companions. Sucks man!!! I try too hard and I just waste more energy.

Hopefully I'm not the only one feeling like this.

What do you guys do when your having those low spoons?

I usually think about them or try to show them my favorite videos.

They'd understand if you tell them that spoon is low and stuff : )

Maybe they can send some energy your way and bump up the spoon count a bit. We might not go from a low spoon count to being ready to run a marathon, but every little bit helps when you're feeling depleted.
