The patch they applied fixed the problem for virtually everyone. If you are still having problems I need you to write into helpdesk with the following information:
- If you are on a desktop or mobile device and the brand (Apple, Samsung, Dell, etc)
- Which browser you are using & the version/build number of the browser
- Screenshot of the error
At this point it is going to be resolved on a case-by-case basis since the majority of users are able to use the software without an issue.
