do you think just by having them can help you on this stuff problem you are facing or companionship do you think it will help without you doing any energy work and see them?
I have been keeping for 4 years i think you need to do energy work to accept the energy they give off make sense??
I think it work like a little for spirit to do thier work if they don have a medium on earth for them to let off their energy.
So the question is in spirit keeping you need meditation and mind working to more help???
