Could you make an Alpha bound to yourself but will watch over and help certain loved ones without their noticing? Is that possible? Does this cause ethical issues?

No, you should not get an alpha(or spirits/entities) for the express purpose of looking after another person or persons. An Alpha joins a keeper for the same reason a spirit or entity does(Companionship/interactions).DarklyDreamer wrote:Could you make an Alpha bound to yourself but will watch over and help certain loved ones without their noticing? That's not to say you couldn't ask an Alpha to follow a relative home after they visit to help make sure they stay safe or, say ask them to watch little Timmy at school for a few days to be sure they aren't being bullied or something.
Alternatively, you might be able to get away with getting betas. Which would be a little more akin to getting elderly people a life alert pendant, or a college student a rape whistle or something for such a long-term/dedicated task, but the situation should be discussed with DLM to determine the best option.
I am also known as Ravechaosknight.

Could I use an alpha to help "pull" me into astral projection? Or maybe help entice lucid dreaming AND help me remember it? What about telepathy? Could they help increase my telepathic abilities, if only through practice?
Sorry if these have been asked in the previous 96 pages and I missed it lol.

Hi, im sorry if this question has been asked before, couldn't read through all the pages.. but i'm considering getting an alpha servitor so i'm curious..
How many abilities can an alpha have? Are you limited to just one? For example i'd like an alpha that could help me astral travel, invoke lucid dreams, and help me see/sense other spirits, as well as being a good friend/companion. But im not sure if i'd need four alphas for four different abilities.
