Yes practical chaos magick books may help beginners a lot to start practicing magick, especially for those who wish to practice rituals in their own ways. I have kinda lot chaos magick PDFs hehe but I suggest you to read "Hands on Chaos Magick" by Andrieh Vitinus. I have it in my kindle and I think it's really good, it has a lot practices. There is also this simple but awesome comic style pdf about chaos magick for beginners that you can read online for free, the author gathered the information from legit popular chaos magick books such as Liber Null and Psychonaut by Peter Carol! Here's the link https://www.google.co.id/amp/s/ultracul ... anual/amp/
Other than chaos magick books, there is also this book called "Brain Magick" by Phillip H. Farber. It's can be a great foundation for practicing magick imo and it works for both experienced and inexperienced. You can learn how to do invocations too with this book!
Ah, this one may interests you as well https://www.amazon.com/Spiritual-Warfar ... B01CXM7KXW
Ordered one for myself just few days ago xP Someone I know from another paranormal forum that focuses mainly on magick suggested it to me, she said it's mostly about meditation and visualization but once you become really great at them you may have more potentials in doing magick!

Honestly, it depends. What magic are you interested in?
Planetary magic, working with the archangels of the planets and associated spirits? If so try Rufus Opus - 'Seven Spheres', great little book that cuts through the B.S and sets out a great system for working. Are you into witchcraft? Raymond Buckland's 'Book of Witchcraft' is worth a read. Also have a look at Patricia Crowther's books on witchcraft.
Do you like ceremonial magic? Have a look at Donald Michael Kraig and Donald Tyson, both have a suite of introductory texts worth looking at. Tyson's best work is his translation and annotation of the Three Books of Occult Philosophy. Also worth checking out Francis Barrett, the Magus.
Creepy Hollows also has a book of spells categorised by intent which are easy to work with if you are really just starting out and don't want to get into ritual magic yet.

Scott Cunningham - "Wicca - A guide for the solitary practitioner" comes to mind. Its a good starter book. Its very simple and easy to read if you are looking for basics.
