when you have the time I'm pretty sure theres an online text of the book somewhere so you can look it up on your phone and save it. This is the link I found, if you want to specifically want to start looking for "third eye opening" then do a ctrl+f and do "opening" so that you dont have to necessarily scroll.

Meditate. But instead of focusing on the breathing phase as usual, try to focus on your ajna chakra, the third eye. It's located right between your eyebrows. Just focus on it until you feel some pressures there. Which will be felt stronger and stronger as your brainwaves are getting lower. Eventually, you will reach the proper state to finally open it. Depends on your concentration and patience
