feel stupid for asking this question

...how do I know if my spirit is touching me... Like....sexually?

Recently I can be sitting.. Or about to go to sleep and my (i am so sorry for tmi) begins to tingle..as if being touched? Then ..my entire area gets warm as if it is turned on. Or more or less turning me on..

I am at a loss bc im at work and feeling the same sensation..

One way is to ask the companion. In a not 18+ topic, you can also train your senses by asking the specific companion to touch any area: finger, arm, cheek, etc.

It might be a good idea to set a protective circle beforehand to clear out any being (bound or unbound) and energy that may disturb the training : )
