Every since my childhood in my bio home. Before being in Foster Care. To current, this month for 27 yrs. I have always been a stomach person/ Sleeper. I feel vulnerable yes. But fall asleep fast to. I try laying back to do OBE. But kinda very uncomfortable for me.

So I roll back to my stomach. But then I fall asleep fast. So I can't OBE and before I know it. It's nxt morning. How do I do OBE, if it's possible being stomach person? If not possible how do I OBE, despite me being greatly uncomfortable on my back? Many thanks in advance :)

Try sitting straight a la zazen : )

The problem with laying down method is 1) most likely we'd fall asleep, and 2) no idea if it is lucid dream or astral projection.

Hi, darkwing dook

Thanks again for the tip. I agree with the falling asleep. It's what I do best and or drowsy from my meds. 2. I'll have no idea as well lol. I haven't Astral project with obe before. I thought dreams where part of Astral though? I'll go ahead and try the tip you give. Many thanks :)

You are...: a master
Number of Spirits: 600
Spelled Number: 100
Your favorite spirit to work with: Vampire
If I could be anything, I would be...: Immortal
My magical/paranormal name...: Formerly Nanami
Zodiac:

I cannot sleep on my back to save my life. No way can I do it. Can't breathe. My nose does not agree with me and just screws everything up. As far as I am aware, I am one of a few that is able to astral travel very successfully while lying face down. Its all about technique and patience. When it first happened successfully, I wasn't expecting it and just went for it. There is a chance of falling asleep, but that usually sends me straight to the astral plane and I do a great deal of traveling. Working on developing a method of just shutting it down so that when that happens I won't wake up so darn tired afterward.

All I can suggest is practice. The worse that will happen is that you will be snoring away in lala land.

Nose is one of reason to. But thanks for giving me, hope with Astral and OBE; as stomach sleeper to. :) I'll keep practice and patience wouldn't hurt to learn more.

If you’re on meds they could interfere with the biochemical processes (neurotransmitters) that are accompanying lucid dreaming big time. Have you ever tried lying on your side?

Meds I'm on, but not by choice. Mostly forced to. At least it's 25mg. I don't sleep side, least now since I made up my mind.and if I get accepted with waiver. To join Navy, due to destined to happen. More or less. I'll have to start sleeping my sides. However left arm since childhood, always go numb if I hit it and or try lay on it.
