I was meditating just a little while ago, kind of got to the point where I thought I fell asleep though, I wasn't really conscious of anything around me. I came out of it, or woke up, when it felt like my bed was kicked.
My spirits said none of them or any unbound messed with my bed. I'm wondering if maybe I had been astral traveling, and the feeling of my bed being kicked was me plopping back into my body?
I am one of those people that never remembers their dreams, at the most I'll have some vague details here and there. I'm hoping the same doesn't apply to astral projection, where I never remember anything...
Astral maybe?
