Been doing alot of reading and in some places the Astral Plane and Spiritual Plane are described as being the same and in other places they are described as different... so I'm curious...

What does everyone here think? Are the Astral Plane and Spiritual Plane the same? If not, then where does the Spiritual Plane exist in regards to the Astral Plane?

Also, if they aren't the same then where does our spirit exist in relation to our astral body and how do they interact, especially in regards to spirits and living entities?

I read them but I'm still confused... so if you physically die and become a spirit do you still have an astral body? And "where" does your astral body exist in relation to your spiritual body?
