Keep it short if you can and keep it simple it will allow this to slip into your subconscious more easily.

I assume you know how to plant them in your subconscious or do you need an explanation on how to do so? If so just ask I’m happy to help with this. I found that it worked well for me so I want to see if it will work for others as well.

Provided that u have the sigil a few things I like to do are
Gaze through it like looking through a window while in a trance until u start to see the sigil flash and stuff. Might not be that way for u at first but u should get a light show of some sort. Lights are all in your head but it’s still going to look real.
I also like to use sex because it provides a strong distraction to get the conscious part of the mind out of the way and also because I’m just naughty lol
