I tried it for two nights in a row. The first night worked really well. The vessel stayed in and I didn't have to tape it. I felt the spirits working on my solar plexus and healing my arms. The next night I got nothing and in the morning I realized I didn't ask them to do anything! Oh well, lesson learned and maybe it'll go well tonight.

BTW, bonus points if you use any of the stones that benefit the Solar Plexus Chakra. Many of those are yellow in color; Citrine springs to mind.

In this case I wonder if mineral alchemical spagyric practice for something in particular that's aligned with a gemstone which is good for the topic of this thread could work out well? What minerals in particular? (Still researching mineral spagyrics at the moment and the bases used for the potions)

This sounds really interesting! I've been trying to enter the Astral for a while with my crystal dragon "C", but never had any luck with dreams or travel. I've come pretty close with her vessel on my 3rd eye, but never fully entered the Astral. Perhaps I'll give this a try with her again tonight!
