I've one of these bindings and they do indeed intensify things as fare as vampiric traits are concerned. When I'm actively using the enchantment it's quite profound. I would recommend it for any with vampiric heritage or any keeper of vampires. Interactions with my vamps have certainly improved since myou acquisition of this spell. Go for it!
