how would you choose your binding? body bind soul bind. because i bought fromm her. and i bought 2 items from her. i picked body bind and soul bind. i dont feel the spirits. maybe distance binding might work.. or should i just choose a ring instead

For me, I would choose body bind wherever possible, having misplaced vessels often enough. Soul bind? Not for me ...
