For those of you who have downloaded these if you could pretty pretty please upload these on that Yousendit site I would greatly appreciate it!
You can open up a temporary account for free. If we each do this (one person upload these once a month) we will be able to keep this on here for at least a few months so that it could/can help those who dont have them and need them.

I have just bought the Deep Meditation cd. I have only had time to listen to it once & am not sure what to make of it: apart from the time passing alot faster than I had thought, I didn't experience anything. And I'm not totally sure that I didn't nod off in the middle...Is it a thing one needs to listen to frequently to actually achieve a meditative state?

Hi Dragondance,
you will probably have to listen to it every day for the effects to be noticeable.
It's ok to fall asleep, cos your subconscious is always awake ;)
