Was there any info with it? Also, did you say "NO" in the box that said "Permission to replace selected spirit or vessel with another if a spirit or vessel of same or higher class responds better to you:" when ordering? That can happen as well.
So, you really need to send in a ticket. You will need the name as well as to be sure what it is.
