I was about to suggest the same as Alex, contact Magnolia through the help desk here:

Was there any info with it? Also, did you say "NO" in the box that said "Permission to replace selected spirit or vessel with another if a spirit or vessel of same or higher class responds better to you:" when ordering? That can happen as well.

So, you really need to send in a ticket. You will need the name as well as to be sure what it is.

Pendulum I get the strongest communication. Well the answers are cloudy..but he moves the pendulum in a VERY strong way. I am having an INCREDIBLY hard time communicating with him mentally. It's like I have a block with this guy. So far all of my spirits I have been able to communicate mentally quite easily. But from day one it denied being a Sterling Angel and my other spirits all denied he was too but none really could clue me in as to what he is. He is the one who keeps saying he is a watcher. However the strongest message I get from him is that he is NOT a Sterling Angel. The watcher part is a bit more wishywashy. He says it, but I continue to question it. I've almost considered sending him back because not knowing is causing me some stress. What spirit do you see?

Its Male, White Light.
Can you take a pic with a black background?
Watchers, Khodams, Guides, some times Wizards, etc... show in Robes, with a hood to me.
This one does not have that.

This guy seriously doesn't like having his picture taken. I have tried 30 shots and all of them are super fuzzy. I can't get a clear shot of him and I have a decent Canon Powershot camera! Grr!
