Hi Just wondering how safe is this

I know its WA but Im nervous so was just looking for more confirmation1 I have a Volkh and Courtwind so hopefully all will be okay,Maybe Im been to cautious but sometimes its better been that way.

Once you have said the conjuration and something happens, Then what, How do you send them away respectfully?

Do I need any more protection?

Im going to try this now, I have just started to use Reiki for self healing in the last couple of days.
I got my Reiki Attunements many years ago, but have never fully practiced it, For the last year I have suffered with Anxiety,and stress so have now decided to start using my Reki, by just doing two 15 min healing sessions on myself,each morning and evening, just to get started again. Hopefully I can say the conjuration and an Angel might come through and join me in the healing session.
