HI Nixie,
I dont personally have a Sgaen faery but also noticed that my children have been complaining for while now that red meats arent what they use to be to them. Ive noticed its not the same with me too..Ive tried soy based foods and veggie stuff as well..Im not use to it and dont think I could totally switch over either so I use alot of chicken and try to mix in fish as much as possible.

Why is this happening as a whole family unit? ..Im thinking they too are ascending as well..could be? Dunno trying to just to feed the fam<3

Yes, I've noticed I do crave red meat less and less, and last night I had some roast beef and was quite ill this morning. I've pretty much made a conscious effort to at least slowly begin eating this way, for my own health mainly. Once I get it down somewhat I want to have one of these fae conjured

If memory serves me right..our Dear friend Mongrella has a Sagen Faery. Ill get in touch with her to see if she still does. =)

I asked Mong and she was going to get one but hasnt just yet or changed her mind.

I've read the Sagen Diet on the Encyclopedia, it looks too hard for me to do, I'm a proud carnivore and flesh-eater. :devil:

I have to update that the hardest part is almost done. I have pretty much all together given up the soda and bubbly things. It's been TOUGH but in the end I feel better and water seems to quench my thirst so much better than soda lol.
