When I bought my first fae from Verna (back in the days eBay still allowed metaphysical sellers) it was 6 months or more & many emails to get the spirit info. She gets the info when she conjures but it's recorded and has to be transcribed before it can be sent out and that doesn't always happen before she lists. Verna seems to be the only one who has trouble being organised & I'm surprised that after so long she still isn't organised. Unfortunately, it seems to have cost her a lot of customers over the years. I've read a lot of comments from unhappy customers & I won't buy spirits from her again for the same reason - bad customer service.bribri11987 wrote:Well,

Her customer service is the worst. It takes weeks...sometimes months to get items or to even get a response. She gives people tracking info and then doesn't ship the package so you're just waiting and waiting.......

Try to get a hold of her on Facebook! She replies almost within a day or even quicker for me.
I had to wait for almost a month or so for my items to be shipped. All of my items, including a solar-powered charging box has arrived! There are certain items that requires a waiting period of 30days, such as their potions, as they make them "fresh", I presume.
I will still order from them again though. The solar-powered charging box is very powerful and handy!

i have purchased many stuffs in past , no issue i got the information immediately , but i stopped purchasing it when she is not responding any of the emails ,
She needs to fix the email issue before adding new items in the store

Many months ago I emailed a few times about putting a very expensive item in her store on layway. Never once did I get any reply. Last week I was browsing her store and saw the same item was still for sale. Again I emailed and haven't heard anything back. She is definitely losing a lot of money by not responding to emails from people interested in buying items and also not responding to emails from people who need information for an item that was already purchased.

Don't give up on her. She may take a while to get to you, however; her items are worth the wait. Reach out to her through another avenue. Try facebook or PM her. If you are really drawn to what she is offering. From my experience, she has been very geniune.
