So, last week, I went to Fruits & Passion (a store in Canada that sells amazing perfumes) as i felt I wanted to wear perfume again, but wanted roll on, instead of spray,as i have scent allergies.
I like their soft fruity scents, as they are subtle, and not overpowering...GOD i hate people who douse themselves in a cloud of perfume.
They need to be smacked!
But anyway... so, I got 3 scents:
pear peony
grapefruit guava
and a green tea one (smells nothing like green tea, but is a lovely light scent)
My fave out of the 3 is pear peony.
So, been wearing it daily since getting it last week, and love it sooo much.
So, am sitting here at work, and reading through descriptions of my various spirits in my keep while wasting time, and decide to read up on gargoyles again (as I have 4 of them...and another on the way)
And I get to the part with what scents they enjoy, and guess what one is?
PEONY!!!!! :gargoyle::
For some reason, despite me not sensing my gargys when they are with me, I pick up on things that they like...for example, my first gargy was a custom, and the first month I had him, I was addicted to peanut butter, getting mad cravings and ate peanut butter on toast for dinner for a whole month!
Now, i got this one that had been sitting in the store waiting for me for a few months, and get pear peony perfume!?!
Tell ya, no coinkydink there!
oh wow! this explains my newest perfume addiction!

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

I find it so odd that I do feel such a connection to gargoyles most out of my spirit clan!Alycat79 wrote:That is just TOO cute!!! :gargoyle::

Not so strange, I mean look at all those really cool old cathedrals, and what do they have on them and in them? Statues of angels and gargoyles. They don't seem such a strange combo to me that way hehe.they are my faves...well, tied with Angels

funny thing is, after that first initial month, I haven't touched peanut butter again either.but only to give THEM a glob on a plate too as an offering, like you do!

i can only tolerate natural scents.essential oils in small doses that i make up myself. most store perfume give me hives and makes my throat swell.
i stick to simple things like myrrh, blue lotus oil, etc.
